Seasonal memberships with Above Down Chiropractic constitute a five month term offering one or more services and discount perks from Above Down Chiropractic and it's affiliates Nicole Engelgau and Danielle Fawcett. Memberships allow up to a certain amount of services, offerings and promotional discounts. Unused services and promotional discounts do not roll over and must be used within 5 months of purchase.

Membership visits are not valid for insurance reimbursement as this membership contains promotional perks that are not qualified for insurance reimbursement such as discounts on goods and products.

Refunds for prepaid memberships will result in the full charge of each session overriding your discounted prepayment per visit price which may result in you receiving a refund of $0. We do not provide refunds to sessions with any provider that have already been received by the client.
