1 / Insurance
We are not in network with insurance companies. We offer private pay memberships and packages to increase accessibility.
2 / Memberships
Our individualized memberships are available for birth prep, corrective care and wellness care. They allow up to a certain amount of visits per month and additional perks and discounts. They are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
3 / Prenatal Chiropractic
Starting as early as the first trimester, prenatal chiropractic care helps to create pelvic balance, more space in the uterus for baby, reduce pubic bone pain, reduce round ligament pain, reduce sciatica, shorten labor and decrease unwanted birth interventions. We use the Webster Technique for pregnancy.
4 / Pediatric Chiropractic
We serve the pediatric population for the care of spinal concerns that may lead to symptoms like: colic, impaired ear drainage, sleep issues, and pediatric sports recovery.
5 / Postpartum Chiropractic
Postpartum care starts as soon as two weeks after birth. We provide gentle corrections to the spine to help mother adapt to physical and emotional stress of caring for a baby!
6 / How Do We Help With Stress?
Our chiropractic philosophy is that the body breaks down when it cannot adapt to stress. Our ultimate goal is to enhance resilience to physical, chemical and emotional stressors through nervous system focused chiropractic care combined with adjunct modalities for structural and muscular healing.

7 / What Can I Expect As A New Patient?
New patients start with a Physical Examination and Health history visit. Most new patients require our Foundation Program: a 4-6 week initial plan to help begin the healing process of your body. From here we can determine the next best steps to help you reach your goals. Most new patients transition to Corrective Care for deeper healing and some transition to Wellness Care for routine support of their spine, nervous system, fascia and musculature.
8 / Do I Need Imaging Before My First Visit?
Imaging is provided on a case by case basis. We refer out to local imaging centers when the physical examination in our office shows necessity for imaging prior to treatment.
9 / How Often Should I Come?
Most new patients start on 2-3x per week for 4-6 weeks and then transition to corrective care of a lower frequency of 3-6 months. Our care plans are created to create lasting structural and neurological changes in the body. We do not believe in "quick fixes" or one-off treatments that do not correct the root cause of your issues.
Ready For Your Chiropractic Journey?
At Above Down Chiropractic, care starts with understanding the body as a whole. Dr. Natalie Rosenzweig believes true healing happens when the nervous system is supported, not rushed, and when care is tailored to the individual, not forced into a one-size-fits-all model. She has advanced training and experience in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, understanding the unique physical and neurological changes that occur during pregnancy, infancy, and childhood. All new patients begin with an all-encompassing assessment that allows us to create a program specific to your body's needs.
